TERMS OF
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

(1) The
following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a
consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

(2)
“Consumer” within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any
natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be
attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional
activity.

(3) The
presentation of the vouchers in our online shop does not represent a legally
binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the
consumer to order vouchers. By ordering the desired voucher, the consumer makes
a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) When an
order is received in our voucher shop, the following regulations apply: The
consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully going through the
ordering procedure provided in our voucher shop.

(5) The voucher is only valid when the amount due has been paid in full.

DELIVERY

The vouchers can be printed out immediately by the consumer himself. If the shipping method “send by post” is selected, a high-quality voucher with an envelope will be sent to the consumer by post. A handling fee for postage and packaging will be charged for postage. With the payment method “bank transfer”, the voucher will only be sent after receipt of payment in the selected shipping method.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

We reserve the right to redeem the voucher until the purchase price has been paid in full.

VALIDITY

The vouchers remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are provided with a unique serial number that is required to redeem the vouchers. Each voucher can only be redeemed once.

LOSS

In the event of loss, theft or misappropriation of vouchers, Gusto Natural cannot provide a replacement.

VARIATIONS AND ERRORS

Deviations in illustrations of the goods for sale are possible. Subject to errors and changes to the articles.

SECURITY GUARANTEE & PRIVACY

(1) The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.

If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This data will not be passed on to third parties.
